- Ships from: China (mainland).
- Processing: 1–3 business days (each piece is made to order).
- Delivery to the U.S.: 7–14 business days after dispatch, with tracking emailed to you.
- Worldwide shipping: available; delivery times vary by destination.
- Tracking: a tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
Please note these are estimates. Seasonal demand and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days. If you need a firmer date for a gift, email support@zodiacrocks.com before ordering.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your crystal bonsai. Each piece is made to order with care, and we stand fully behind the quality of every stone we ship.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zodiacrocks.com with a photo of the issue — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no hassle.
