Processing takes 1โ2 business days. Standard shipping: 5โ10 business days (domestic), 10โ20 business days (international). Express options are available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my bonsai?
Yes โ we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The bonsai must be in original condition. Please contact us first to initiate a return.
Are the crystals real?
Absolutely. Every crystal in our bonsai is natural and hand-selected. We source from ethical suppliers and each piece is unique โ no two are identical.
How does the zodiac recommendation work?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
